LG appears to be on the verge of releasing the most powerful smartphone on the planet. In a new teaser, they have confirmed that they are working on a phone powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon S4 Pro, better known to most of us as the quad-core variant of the chip we are seeing in handsets today. This chipset sports an Adreno 320 GPU, one that should make all other mobile graphics processing units look silly. We have seen benchmarks of tablets (and phones?) with this processor inside and have been blown away.
What we want to know, is if a processor this powerful, is enough to get you to buy an LG phone? Will we see it at IFA next week, along with Samsung’s Galaxy Note 2?
