Google Commemorates the Ice Cream Sundae with Doodle, Android Related?

Google is showing some love to the 119th anniversary of the first documented ice cream sundae using one of their classic Doodles today, and many are speculating that it is Android-related.  So is it?  The next iteration of Android will most definitely start with the letter “i”, possibly Ice Cream or even Ice Cream Sandwich, but this seems a little soon for the Android team to be hinting at a release, doesn’t it?  Google I/O is just over a month away, and with that we’re hoping to see the launch of a variety of products including their new music service.  Are we now thinking Android 3.1 or 2.4 will be included?  You guys tell me.
