Twitter’s Light Out mode, the darker (or AMOLED black-esque) version of the dark mode you may have been enjoying for the past couple of years, is now available on Android. Well, Twitter says it’s available today and that you can “now go lights out,” but I don’t have it just yet. Like most features these days, it’s probably slowly rolling out.
Once live, you should find two dark mode/theme settings on Twitter for Android. With Dark Mode enabled, you’ll be able to choose the current dark or “Dim” theme, as well as the new “Lights out” option. Lights Out, again, is basically the black theme to match Android 10’s system-level dark theme.
If you see it, let us know!
