It’s Wear OS month around these parts it seems and I’m not about to complain. Who doesn’t love an ever-changing rotation of fresh watches on the wrist?
After spending the past week or two with (and still testing) a Fossil Gen 5, we have a new watch lined-up for review the minute we are done testing Fossil’s new flagship timepiece. The Misfit Vapor X was announced this week and now in the house and out of the box just waiting to be warn.
To get started, we’ve put together an unboxing that also reveals our first impressions and takes you on a tour of the watch, with size comparisons to the Gen 5, Fossil Sport, and Montblanc Summit 2.
Is this a Wear OS watch to consider buying? It might be, but we certainly have concerns about the amount of RAM and the final retail price ($280) after this initial launch discount to $200. This could be a tough sell that we’ll soon know more about.
