Venmo has added the ability to instantly transfer funds from your account into a linked bank account, adding onto the ability to instantly transfer money to linked debit cards.
Of course, this feature is not free from fees, unlike its usual 1-3 business days transfer method that remains free of charge. What that said, if you do need money in your account in a hurry, there is a 1% fee. The minimum fee is $0.25 with the max transfer fee being $10.
