If you happened to break your Pixel 3 or Pixel 3 XL and didn’t have Preferred Care, you probably found yourself resorting to a 3rd-party repair service. Well, as of this week, months after the phones launched, Google is accepting repair orders via its own repair website.
According to Google’s repair website, the entire process for fixing and sending your phone back is 7-10 days after they receive it, which is no quick process. However, at least you’ll know Google is overseeing the process, should something catastrophic arise.
Do note that the language on Google’s website still needs to be updated in order to receive Pixel 3 and 3 XL orders, but as soon as that’s done (which should be soon), you’re good to go.
