An update for Google Fit is rolling out this week, full of new features for users on Android and Wear OS devices.
Google lists two main things as new: Home screen widgets and a breathing coach. For the widgets, they are just as you’d picture, a widget that shows activity tracking, heart points, steps taken, calories burned, and more. If you’re big into Fit, and still use widgets, it’s a must have.
Google also realizes that this time of year may be stressful, with the gift shopping and errand running. To combat this, a breathing coach is now available in Fit, able to guide you through a breathing exercise to help you unwind and relax.
All Fit users on Wear OS and Android should see this update this week.
