LG’s Watch W7 is the first hybrid Wear OS device to be announced by the company, and on the surface, you may be somewhat disappointed in what it offers on paper at a price of $449.99.
Notably, there is no new Snapdragon Wear 3100 processor and the battery is listed at only 240mAh. That’s not exactly what we’d expect near the end of 2018. Oh, and there’s no NFC or standalone GPS, so mobile payments will be impossible and workouts may be hard to track. However, as for what it does have, there are mechanical hands capable of relaying digital functionalities (compass, barometer, etc.), 1.2″ LCD display (360 x 360), 768MB RAM, as well as the latest Wear OS software from Google.
Here is the complete spec breakdown for Watch W7.
