Google just dropped the first Android 9.0 “Pie” build on us after making the name official. They’ve also now released the August 2018 security patch for devices they are still updating, including Nexus. At this time, we already have both factory image and OTA files, so choose whichever works best for you if you don’t feel like waiting for the update to show up on your device.
So far, we are seeing new Android 9.0.0 files for Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL (PPR1.180610.009, PPR1.180610.011), as well as the Pixel and Pixel XL (PPR1.180610.009, PPR1.180610.010).
For the rest of Google’s devices still seeing updates, we have new Oreo (8.1) files for Nexus 6P (OPM6.171019.030.H1), Nexus 5X (OPM6.171019.030.H1), and Pixel C (OPM4.171019.021.Y1).
Google’s phones are getting the August 5 security patch level.

- The PPR1.180610.011 builds for Pixel 2 and 2 XL are specific to Telstra users.
