Instant Games for Facebook Messenger is beginning to rollout worldwide, bringing plenty of gaming action to you and your friends. With the update, you can find turn-based games, leaderboards, and even tournaments to play in.
Detailed back at F8, Instant Games is essentially a little category inside of Messenger. Once the Games section is opened, you’ll find plenty of titles to choose from, all of which can be played against a friendly opponent. Games like Words With Friends, EverWing, 8 Ball Pool (coming soon), and plenty others can be played.
Beyond the titles, Messenger is also including the ability for developers to include game bots, which will help callout specific functions and challenges for players.
The update is beginning to rollout to everyone worldwide on Android and iOS.
