All OnePlus 3 Handsets to Receive Nougat by Year’s End, Beta This Month

OnePlus confirmed this week that they will offer a Nougat update to all OnePlus 3 owners by year’s end, with a community build available for interested owners this month. Furthermore, OnePlus also confirmed Nougat will be made available for the OnePlus 2, but did not provide any sort of timeframe for rollout. 

Earlier this year, OnePlus coupled its HydrogenOS (China) and OxygenOS (US and other markets) teams in an effort to bring updates and features to all OnePlus device owners in a more timely fashion.

For anyone interested in the community build of Nougat that should go live this month, keep your eye glued to the OnePlus forums. That is where they will make the official announcements. Once they do, we will update you.
