With a soak test rolling out just a couple of days ago, it appears the update to Lollipop for the AT&T variant of the Moto X (2nd Gen) is now live for owners. According to Motorola’s release notes, the update is to build Android 5.0.2, bringing all of the Lollipop goodness, including lockscreen notifications, major UI changes, and so much more.
“Android 5.0.2 Lollipop is one of the most significant in recent Android history. It improves your experience in many areas including visual style and how you interact with your device,” Motorola states on its website. And for what it is worth, we would have to agree with them.
Enjoy that Lollipop, folks.
