As I began the day – morning coffee brewed, Nature’s Path chewy granola bar beside it – I sat down at my computer ready to check all the happenings that occurred in the Android world since I last looked around 11PM last night, only to be greeted with an unfamiliar message on my computer – “The batteries in your Magic Trackpad are low.” Oh, really? The batteries, in the Magic Trackpad that I haven’t touched in months, are low. OK, then. I initially brushed it off and figured I would just let the thing die, but after a second look I noticed something poking out from under its metal body. Wait a minute, I thought, that black rectangular cardboard with rounded corners and white text looks familiar. Really familiar. Oh! Those are Google Play gift cards hidden under there! Flipping them over I then realized that they were unused. Unused! And what do we do around these parts with unused Google Play gift cards? Well, we give them away, of course.
So yeah, today, we have two $25 Google Play gift cards to give away to a couple of DL readers, with winners being chosen before the day is up.
If you do one thing today, thank my unused Magic Trackpad for sending me a sign, suggesting that we give away free things. Thank you, unused Magic Trackpad.
