Moto Hint Overview and Tour

The Moto Hint, Motorola’s discreet little Bluetooth nub, has finally arrived for us to take for a full spin. After getting to check out the Bluetooth earbud during the press festivities for the Moto X (2nd gen) launch, we have been dying to get a real unit in house for real testing on our own. That time has come. 

As a recap, the Moto Hint is a Bluetooth earbud that when paired to your phone, allows you to not only take and make calls, but also completely control your phone (assuming you have a new Moto X). Thanks to the power of Moto Voice in the Moto X, the Moto Hint (that’s a lot of Moto) works voice action magic without the need to ever touch your phone or even have it near. You could put your phone in a bag, but still listen to turn-by-turn directions, play music from your favorite band, check recent notifications, find answers to trivia questions, decide if you need to wear a coat today, call the car dealer to make an appointment, or find out the time. It’s actually pretty cool.
