Mediafire, an independent cloud storage service with over 37 million users, introduced a brand new Android app today with a couple of really nice features.
First off, the app has a new “native interface,” with smoother scrolling, browsing and sharing. The app now has an automatic backup setting for photos and videos as well, bringing it nicely in line with Dropbox (Why doesn’t Box have this yet?). Finally, the new app has enhanced streaming support for your music and video collections, along with instant file sharing through email, SMS, or chat apps.
The update is live now, so go grab it.
