This morning Samsung announced that the Galaxy S4 will be available in “April,” but left specific dates up to each carrier. Sprint was quick to announce a date, and April 27 is the day that customers can expect to see the phone in stores.
For customers upgrading, the 16GB version of the device will run you $249.99, but if you are switching your phone number to Sprint from another carrier, Sprint will knock the price down to $149.99. A little bit steeper than other carriers, but this is very likely to be the best selling phone of this year.

For a limited time only, new customers who switch their phone number to Sprint from another carrier will receive an additional $100 instant credit, reducing the price of Galaxy S 4 to $149.99 (excluding taxes).
Pre-order for Galaxy S 4 will open on Thursday, April 18, at www.sprint.com/galaxys4, while supplies last.
