Now officially out of beta, Focus Mode is being made available to all supported phones that currently have Digital Wellbeing and parental controls settings, including new phones launching with Android 9 and Android 10.
With its exiting of beta, Google detailed that the Digital Wellbeing extension will have a few new features to play with. For example, there’s an added option to automatically turn Focus Mode on and off for the days and times that you choose — just like you can do with Do Not Disturb. Google also added an option to take a break, which lets the user step out of Focus Mode to use certain apps and jump back in when they’re ready.
To give all of these cool new things a try, just make sure you have the latest build of Digital Wellbeing for your supported device.
