For several years now, Google has introduced its Pixel phones only a short few weeks ahead of Black Friday. Each year, after so many of us pay full price for those Pixel phones on launch day, Google follows up with the ultimate insult to its most dedicated customers by slashing prices by hundreds of dollars for the year’s biggest shopping weekend. It’s sh*tty and I hope we’ve all sort of learned at this point that it’s probably worth waiting a few weeks before buying Google’s new phones.
We don’t yet know the full line-up of Pixel 4 and Pixel 4 XL Black Friday deals for 2019, but we know that Target is planning a pretty decent one that also includes the Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL. If you are holding out from buying a Pixel 4, you probably made the right move.
Target posted its Black Friday 2019 deals today and one includes a $300 Target GiftCard with qualified activation of a Google Pixel 4 or Pixel 4 XL. To get that gift card, you’ll have to activate with either Verizon or AT&T on a 24-30 month payment plan. You can’t return the phone or you forfeit the gift card, so keep that in mind.
Additionally, Target is offering $550 in gift cards should you buy a Pixel 3 or Pixel 3 XL through a Verizon or AT&T monthly payment plan. Why the extra cash for last year’s Pixel? I have no idea.
There will be more Pixel 4 and 4 XL Black Friday deals. We’ll keep you posted.
Cheers Mike!
