Misfit, one of the many members of the Fossil Group who makes Wear OS watches, announced their newest Wear OS wearable today, the Vapor X. The watch features several upgrades over previous Vapor models, including the Qualcomm Snapdragon Wear 3100 chip, a lighter case with extra buttons, and an improved design.
The Misfit Vapor X specs include that Wear 3100 chip I just mentioned, 42mm case made of aluminum alloy, 1.19″ AMOLED display, 512MB RAM, 4GB storage, NFC, GPS, heartrate sensor, rapid charging, and 30 meter water resistance. You’ll also find two pushers on the case, along with a crown button and easily 20mm swappable watch bands.
The Vapor X has a battery saving mode, is a “world-class activity tracker,” includes preloaded Spotify and Cardiogram, and of course, runs the latest in Wear OS.
For colors, you’ll find black, rose tone, gun metal, stainless, and champagne colored cases along with a variety of straps.
Misfit is selling the Vapor X right now for an introductory price of $199.99. Once that price goes away, you’ll find it for $279.99.
