Verizon is Raising Prices on Its Total Mobile Protection Plan Again

Cracked Broken Smartphone

Verizon announced today that it will increase the prices on its Total Mobile Protection plan for the 2nd time in under two years. After increasing prices to $13/mo back in January 2018 for individual devices, they’ll jump the price to $15/mo starting June 27.

The price for account-level or multi-device coverage is increasing as well, from $39/mo to $45/mo.

What does this price increase get you? Verizon says that new enhancements include same-day device replacement and setup, unlimited cracked screen repairs for $29, and battery replacements (available starting July 27).

Verizon didn’t mention if these prices will come to current customers already enrolled in Total Mobile Protection, but my guess is that they will. The last time they raised prices they made sure that everyone paid the new prices at some point.
