The $550-off trade-in launch deal from Samsung that ran for weeks for the Galaxy S10, Galaxy S10+, and Galaxy S10e might be over, but the instant trade-in program hasn’t stopped. And Samsung is still offering up to $300-off for a bunch of phones, most of which they were giving $550 for.
If you want a Galaxy S10 and missed out, you can still trade-in a Note 9, S9, S9+, or Note 8 and get $300 off. Same goes for the Pixel 3 XL and iPhones all the way down to the iPhone 7 Plus. If you don’t have phones in that list, you can basically trade-in any other phone and get $200 off.
As a reminder, this is a deal we like because Samsung gives you the trade-in value today. So if you buy a Galaxy S10 with 128GB storage for $899 and trade-in one of those phones above, you’ll pay $599 today. Samsung’s trade-in program gives you instant discounts, not discounts later on down the road via credit or prepaid card. You have to send your old phone in after you get your new S10 to verify.
Worried that Samsung’s program has issues? Read the comments on this post and decide for yourself. We’ve used it a number of times and have never had an issue.
In addition to the $300 off, Samsung and Verizon are running a BOGO deal that will get you a Galaxy S10e with purchase of a Galaxy S10. AT&T is doing a buy one, get one 50% off with the S10e.
