Google Drive’s Redesign Has Arrived for Android and iOS

A big redesign for Google Drive has arrived, putting its look in line with other Google apps like Gmail.

As you’ll quickly discover, there is heavy usage of white, with the only color coming from documents and document format types. Google highlights a new Home tab, bottom navigation buttons, expanded search bar, as well as separated views for My Drive and Team Drives. Users will also see a Computers tab if they have backed up content from a local machine to their account.

Google mentions the update will be available for iOS users first on March 12, followed by an Android release on March 18.
