Back in August of 2018, Verizon began to offer six months of Apple Music to those on unlimited plans. Today, it announced that this will no longer be a trial offer, and instead, anyone on a Beyond Unlimited or Above Unlimited plan gets free access to Apple Music as a perk for being a customer.
Verizon stated in a press release issued today, “With Apple Music included in Beyond Unlimited and Above Unlimited, you can either stream your favorite songs over 4G LTE or WiFi, or download songs for offline playback.”
This offer will be available starting January 17, which is only a couple of days away. Do note, though, new Go Unlimited customers aren’t eligible for this offer. Instead, they will continue to receive a six month trial of Apple Music.
If you’re a happy Android user, but still want to check out Apple Music, which typically costs $9.99/month, this isn’t a bad offer at all.
