Google just dropped the Android P Developer Preview 2 on us here at Google I/O 2018. Not only that, but this is the first beta, which means you can sign-up and receive this latest version of P over-the-air.

The Android P Developer Preview is only available to the Pixel, Pixel XL, Pixel 2, and Pixel 2 XL. The new builds are arriving as PPP2.180412.013.

Date: May 2018
Build: PPP2.180412.013
Emulator support: x86 & ARM (32/64-bit)
Security patch level: May 2018
Google Play services: 12.4.46

This is the first update to Android P since it first released back in March, so there are a number of major changes, like gesture navigation. Google also shared new Adaptive Brightness setting, better battery management, predictive app actions in the launcher’s app drawer, and slices. We’ll be diving in now and share everything we find.
