What better way to celebrate Star Wars Day (4th of May) than with a Flashback Friday?
Way back in late 2010, Verizon and Motorola partnered to launch the DROID2 R2-D2 special edition smartphone. Not only did the phone’s exterior match that of the Daring Droid, but the phone came with an exclusive pack of Star Wars themed wallpapers.
There are 14 wallpapers in total and we’ve placed them all below for your usage in 2018.
The resolution isn’t great, currently at 960 x 854, but that’s definitely usable on some devices. They won’t look good on your 4K desktop monitor, but they looked fantastic on the DROID2’s 3.7″ display.
