Storage gods, the Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+ are now available in 128GB and 256GB configurations. Well, the pre-order for them is live with shipping expected to happen by May 18.
How much do these big guys costs? If you go for 128GB, you are looking at a price jump of $50. If you go for 256GB, then add another $50 on top of that. While these phones won’t ever be considered cheap, that’s not bad. In previous years, companies got away with charging you $100 extra for double the storage, yet Samsung is quadrupling it for that much.
- Galaxy S9 128GB: $769.99
- Galaxy S9: 256GB: $819.99
- Galaxy S9+ 128GB: $889.99
- Galaxy S9+ 256GB: $939.99
As a reminder, if you pre-order 128GB or 256GB Galaxy S9 phones (our review), Samsung is tossing in a free pair of Gear IconX (2018) wireless buds ($200 value) or letting you buy one of their Gear S3 smartwatches for $99 ($250 off).
These new 128GB and 256GB models are the US unlocked versions, so that means they work on any carrier here in the US. These US unlocked versions are the versions you should buy if buying a Galaxy S9.
