The Verizon HTC 10 is the latest Android device to pick-up the update to Android 8.0 Oreo. The update happens to arrive on the phone’s 2-year anniversary too, which is a fun little note.
The update for Verizon’s variant of the HTC 10 is software version 3.18.605.13. Oddly, this only includes the January 2018 security patch, according to Big Red, which is kind of frightening being mid-April.
The update is a big one that includes picture-in-picture mode, improved notification design, notification dots, and more.
To check for the update, head into Settings>Software update.
