The LG G6 will be made official in a couple of days, yet LG isn’t showing any signs of easing up on the teasing. Over the past two days, the company has revealed even more information about the upcoming 2017 flagship, including a confirmation on its full metal body and the fact that it should be water and dust resistant.
A teaser site for the G6 in the US is responsible for the confirmation on the metal goodness, stating in fine print that we’ll soon “learn more about its amazing features, like the sleek, full-metal body, state-of-the-art fingerprint scanner and other premium design details.” Not that leak after leak haven’t shown us that sleek, full-metal body, but this mention certainly seals the deal.
As for water and dust resistance, one of two new teaser clips posted to LG’s YouTube channel hints at water protection through the use of a woman swimming, noting that if you are taking a day off by the pool, you can just relax with the G6. The other clip outlines a G6 above a pile of flour suggesting that no dust (or flour) particles will be entering this phone.
Getting excited for the G6 this weekend?
