At long last, all the details and nitty gritty for the upcoming Snapdragon 835 will be detailed at CES next week. In a tweet sent out from Qualcomm’s official account, the company states, “Our Snapdragon 835 processor will come into focus at CES 2017.”
While the processor was already announced, Qualcomm provided very few details for it, and we may also hear about a couple devices that intend on utilizing it.
As for what we do know about the Snapdragon 835, it was built using Samsung’s 10nm FinFET process technology (smaller processor potentially equals thinner phones or bigger batteries), will be more power efficient than past Snapdragon chips (naturally), and will also offer increased performance. As you can see, these vague features offer nothing, so Qualcomm’s CES press briefing will be one not to miss.
We will be on-hand at CES to bring you all of the details.
