I have to say, Samsung has been completely upfront about this Galaxy Note 7 recall. They don’t appear to be hiding anything, and seem genuinely concerned with the safety of its customers. For that, let’s give them a light golf clap. After all, this is what we as consumers expect from companies, right?
Today, Samsung America is back again, this time publishing an apology video from the company’s President and COO, Tim Baxter. In the video, Mr. Baxter addresses the issue, states that it has been resolved, and that new Galaxy Note 7 units are completely safe to use. Well, that’s good to know considering folks are anxiously awaiting replacement devices.
Props, Samsung, you have handled this drama with much class.
