Reported by SamMobile, the Game Launcher application for select Samsung Galaxy devices will soon receive an update, bringing with it new features for gamers to take advantage of. According to the information received, once Game Launcher is updated, users will see a new UI for popular titles, as well as trending titles that players may want to try out. On top of that, the new interface will showcase games in a tiled grid format, detailing individual game notifications for easy consumption.
Beyond an updated UI, the Game Tools floating icon will detail new information for gamers to keep track of while playing. For example, the Game Tools menu will now display RAM usage, battery percentage and other good information to know when you are blasting zombies or flying through space.
Inside of Game Scene, gamers will be able to find helpful gaming YouTube channels, as well as web links and images that might help players get through difficult levels on Candy Crush or Blossom Blast.
No word yet on when we can expect this big update from Samsung, but we will keep you posted.
Do you even use Game Launcher on your Galaxy? I play mobile games all of the time on the Galaxy S7 Edge, but I haven’t opened Game Launcher for months.
