ZTE, the China-based manufacturer known for its budget phablets more than anything else, debuted an upgraded version of the Grand X Max it released last October. Appropriately dubbed the Grand X Max+, it’s a 6-inch, 1080p handset that will be exclusively available to new and existing Cricket Wireless customers.
For the price – $199 – the specs ain’t bad. Other than the aforementioned screen, the phone sports an unspecified quad-core processor, 3200 mAh battery with Qualcomm’s Quick Charge technology, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of storage, and a 13 MP rear-facing camera plus 5 MP front shooter.
The Grand X Max+ will be available online and in stores starting January 9, Friday of this week.
