According to SamMobile, Samsung is now rolling out the official Lollipop update to owners of the Galaxy S5, but for us here in the US, we cannot get too excited just yet. The rollout is apparently only for those in Poland with the SM-G900F model of the GS5, which is an overseas variant.
However, even though it is just in Poland, this is a fantastic sign for Samsung owners worldwide. Once you see updates popping up in other countries, it should not take too much longer to see it arrive on our shores.
