Dong Nguyen’s Follow-up to Flappy Bird, Swing Copters, is Now Live on Google Play

The follow-up game to Dong Nguyen’s Flappy Bird, Swing Copters, is now available on Google Play for everyone to enjoy. Or hate. Probably hate. In the game, you use your finger to tap a little helicopter through swinging hammers and platforms. To say the game is hard is quite the understatement, as I personally find the game nearly impossible.

Each tap of your finger changes the copter’s direction. To go straight up, you rapidly tap on your display. As hammers are swinging in front of you, while you are also dodging platforms, the little copter’s body is constantly swaying around, making it nearly impossible to perfectly direct him to where you want to go. I assume that unlike Flappy Bird, this game will actually take a bit of practice to master its wonky controls.

So far, after playing for 15 minutes, I can’t even get past 1 because the controls are so jacked up. If you can do better, congratulations.
