Pebble may no longer be the newest smartwatch on the block, but it’s inarguably the least ephemeral. That’s for good reason – it’s compatible with both iOS and Android, has few of the drawbacks (like poor battery and screen glare) from which its competitors suffer, and features a truly massive and growing library of apps.
To celebrate the waning summer and Pebble’s overall success, the company has unveiled three limited edition watches. Dubbed Fresh, Hot, and Fly, the new Pebbles are appropriately flamboyant – sporting the same plastic and hardware as the original Pebble, they come in neon green, bright pink, and blue, respectively. All are a veritable fashion statement; if you’d rather not advertise to the world your penchant for geeky watches, a muted color might be more appealing.
The new Pebbles are available for $150 while supplies last.
