Samsung Galaxy Tab S Specs (10.5 and 8.4)

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S devices, in both 10.5 and 8.4 variants, are now official and coming soon to an electronics store or carrier near you with WiFi and LTE connectivity. Each device features a high resolution Super AMOLED display in either a 10.5-inch or 8.4-inch form factor. Samsung seems to be incredibly excited about the viewing experience of a massive high-res AMOLED screen like these two sport, so that’s something to focus on going forward.

The rest of the set of specs is as high-end as you would hope, as well. Each features 3GB RAM, 16 or 32GB of storage, micro SD slot for added storage, an Exynos 5 Octa or Snapdragon 800 processor (depending on the market), 8MP/2.1MP cameras, massive batteries, and come as WiFi-only tablets, but can also be purchased with LTE at all of your favorite carriers (AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, and Verizon). Each tablet runs Android 4.4.2 “Kit Kat” already.
