Update: A new deal has popped up that is even better than the original we featured. eBay is selling a brand new Nexus 7 (2013) with 32GB of storage for $189.99. That’s $10 cheaper than the refurbished model. [eBay Link]
Update 2: It looks like the original deal for the refurbished model has now dropped from $199 to $169. Both are solid deals. So you can either grab a brand new Nexus 7 (2013) with 32GB of storage for $189 or a refurbished version for $169.
The Nexus 7 (2013), a tablet that many would still consider to be the best of the last year, can be had in “manufacturer refurbished” form through eBay today for $199 with 32GB of storage. Again, the device is refurbished, so it is not brand new. But like we mention in almost any post that features a deal for a refurbished product, there are those who consider manufacturer refurbished products to be almost better than new, since it gives the manufacturer an opportunity to button up any known issues and potentially re-release the product in better shape.
A brand new Nexus 7 (2013) with 32GB of storage currently retails through Google Play for $269, so you are looking at around $70 in savings. Keep in mind that this eBay deal also includes free expedited shipping, whereas Google will only give you free shipping on 3-5 day ground.
As a refresher, the Nexus 7 (2013) sports a 7-inch HD display (1920×1200), 1.5GHz Snapdragon S4 Pro processor (quad-core), 2GB RAM, 5MP rear camera, 1.2MP front camera, dual stereo speakers, and runs the latest version of Android, which is 4.4.3.
