After we broke the news last week that Verizon would begin carrying the 2013 Nexus 7 with LTE on February 13, the wireless carrier has now made it official. Big Red will begin selling the 32GB version of the device this Thursday for $349.99 both in stores and online. If you’d like, you can also grab it on 2-year contract for $249.99, except that’s not a very good deal. You may as well just pay full price for it.
Better yet, those of you who already own the LTE version of this year’s Nexus 7 will be able to activate it in stores, something you were blocked from doing previously due to a “certification process.”
Verizon will have a few accessories on hand to outfit your Nexus 7, including the Adopted Folio Frame ($49.99) and Speck StyleFolio ($34.99). We have seen pictures for other Nexus 7 accessories as well, including official cases from Google in stores.
