NVIDIA’s portable Android-powered gaming machine, also known as SHIELD (our review), has dropped to $249 in a Black Friday sale. The device usually runs $300, giving you a savings of $50 up front, but NVIDIA is also making sure you have free shipping and some other goodies to go along with it. The deal changes depending on retailer, so we’ve listed a few out for you below.
If you purchase the device directly through NVIDIA, you’ll not only save the $50 and see free shipping, but you will also receive a free case ($39.99 value), two free full games (Sonic 4 Episode II THD and Expendable:Rearmed), and a free limited edition t-shirt.
Should you go with Newegg, you are looking at a price drop to $249, free shipping, a free case, free t-shirt, and Hulu Plus for 2 months.
Best Buy has dropped the price to $249 and tossed in a free case.
Amazon has discounted the device to $249, but doesn’t appear to be offering any other freebies.
