The Android distribution numbers have been updated to start July, showing Jelly Bean (Android 4.1+) jumping from 33% to almost 38%. That increase appears to come at the expense of Ice Cream Sandwich devices that were updated recently, as 4.0 sits at 23.3%, down from 25.6% a month ago.
The rest of the numbers look like this: Gingerbread 34.1% (was 36.5%), Froyo 3.1% (was 3.2%), Eclair 1.4% (was 1.5%), Honeycomb and Donut each at 0.1%.
