Starting today, Amazon Wireless is hosting a penny deal on Galaxy S3 phones through Verizon, AT&T, and Sprint, but if the Galaxy Note 2 is more your size, you can pick one up on AT&T or Sprint for $149.99 or $69.99. 

Both devices have aged quite well and probably won’t have any troubles serving you for two years on contract.
