Samsung Preps Launch of 5.8″ Smartphone, Probably Not Hitting US Shores Though

This morning, sources have reported to SamMobile that Samsung is preparing to launch a 5.8″ Android smartphone, but was initially going to market it only as a media player. Hitting Europe sometime this year, the device features a rather large 5.8″ QHD display, should come shipped with either Android 4.1.2/4.2.1, and a 3MP camera. 

As mentioned already, it doesn’t look like Samsung has plans of bringing this device to America, so I probably wouldn’t head into Best Buy anytime soon looking for one.
