From the same folks who created the popular SketchBook app, this photo application has all of the fantastic artsy hipster filters you could ever need when looking to create a vivid image of your four-legged friend or party atmosphere. We can’t guarantee your pet will sit still, but at least he will look good. Pixlr-o-matic is free in the Google Play store which makes it that much more inviting. Go create some art.
