Video: Android Activations Beautifully Visualized, Please Thank the DROID One More Time

This video has been floating around for a couple of days now, but we’ve been so caught up HypeBeastin‘ and in feeding Thunderbolt trolls that we struggled to find time to post it.  Well, now is the time.  This is a beautiful visualization of Android activations that starts back in October 2008 and takes us all the way up through January 2011.  It’s also a good reminder that we might not be where we are today if it wasn’t for the original DROID and that massive marketing campaign.
