Android Market Updated, Includes “Similar” and “Related” Tabs

The Android Market is receiving a silent update today that will display a new tab while you browse through apps.  When you load up an app like Angry Birds, a new “Related” or “Similar” tab will appear, giving you a list of apps that may also interest you such as “Fart for your Life.”  (Wow.)  My Galaxy Tab is displaying “Related”, but my Droid X is showing as “Similar” which seems a little odd.  So much for standardization?
